Up your self-care like a BOSS.
Martyrdom, like crack, is whack. It's low-vibe AF and it will cause you to make short-sighted, worn-out, lame decisions that can interfere with your success. Who the hell has time for that? Self-care isn't weak. It shows you are serious about success.
Make the decision that you are going to show up to your journey with ALL pistons firing. The best way to make sure of that is to take care of yourself--quit half assing this critical piece of the puzzle. Self-care can mean many things!
