Hey loves, I’m so delighted to be here with you this week and I wanted to do something special for you. I don’t know about you, but you know, I’ve just been noticing so much weirdness, so much negativity in the world that I thought in our amazing community, it would be really awesome to have a way to really step away from that.

Take a few minutes and just to purge some of that stuff, you know, it doesn’t matter how conscious you are or how Positively oriented you are when there’s so much negativity around it. It’s it’s likely that some of that residue is gonna get on you So, you know, one of the things that we have to do as women committed to success on the fertility journey is to take full personal responsibility for how we feel in any given situation.

Because, you know, this is common sense and I’m not, uh, breaking any new ground here, but for some of you this may be kind of a new concept. Nobody can make you feel anything without your permission. So if you’re feeling negative right now or you’re feeling like, man, it’s just a little heavy, you know, Look, there’s nothing wrong with that, but you also have a responsibility to yourself and this baby that you’re calling in.

To purge that shit on the regular and when you do that, you know, instead of becoming overwhelmed by what’s going on in the world or, you know, maybe you’re in a, in a work environment that is less than ideal for a zillion different reasons, when you are conscious and you are actively choosing what you desire to create in your life, having a practice by which you put a healthy distance between what’s going on in the world And what’s going on within you is really critical.

It’s, it’s one of the most important forms of self care. You know, a lot of people think that self care is just shopping, which, you know, is good. You know, it’s really good. I’m, I’m, I’m all there. Shopping is my cardio. It’s more than that. It’s at a, at a soul level. Really taking license and agency for how you feel and the way that you protect yourself from outside forces, group think, and, you know, group fear, you know, a lot of the stuff that seems to be really, um, rampant in our world right now.

I consider that, you know, a really interesting aspect of growing this mama bear energy because when you are pregnant, you know, you’re going to be, you’re growing your baby, you’re carrying this miracle, and it is your responsibility to protect this child from negativity, outside world, you know, food additives.

medicines that are garbage and all this other stuff, you know, just as assiduously as you would protect this child by not drinking too much coffee or not drinking alcohol. You got to do the same thing spiritually for yourself and them and ultimately your family. So, that’s really the inspiration behind what I’m going to be sharing here with you today.

And this is intended to be something that you can do, you know, you can be doing it sitting in your car as long as you’re not operating your vehicle, of course, use some common sense here, you know, don’t do this while. operating heavy machinery, or as my ladies hear me say all the time, rollerblading over banana peels or anything else that would require your undivided attention.

This is just a little bit of good light dusting and tidying up for your, your mind and your body and your spirit. So just allot yourself a few minutes here and, and we’re going to get down to business. This is your negativity purge. meditation. So I invite you to find a place where you can sit or lie down, whatever works for you.

We’re not going to be here too long. Um, but just find a place that is comfortable and begin by allowing yourself to breathe in and breathe out three times here. We’ll do that together. One.

Exhale. And then again, two. Big inhale, and then out, and then one more, three, big inhale in, exhale out. And having taken these breaths together, I want you to focus on the sound of my voice as we take a journey together and decide to give you the peace, the respite, and the joy that comes from letting go.

of the negative in your life, so that you can see clearly, think clearly, and walk your journey with strength, knowing, calm, and confidence.

So I want you to take a moment right now and think about the things that are weighing you down. Maybe it’s a negative comment from someone that you love. Maybe it was some recent news that was unexpected or different than what you had hoped for. Maybe you’re feeling a little overwhelmed, let down, perhaps even hopeless.

Whatever’s true for you is perfect.

Let yourself begin to feel these things. Chances are they’ve been weighing on your heart and on your mind for some time. Maybe you’re worried about the statistics, worried about time, your age, how long you’ve been on this journey, whatever it is. Whatever negativity you feel, just bring it to the surface.

In this place, you’re safe. It’s not going to overwhelm you. It’s not going to harm you. You’re simply acknowledging that it’s there. Without judgment. Without contempt and with no resentment, simply awareness.

Just acknowledge that this is here.

You don’t have to play games here or pretend like everything is okay. This is your time. This is your space.

And I want you to imagine each one of those things, perhaps the disappointment, the setback, the hurt, the poorly chosen. Comment, whatever it is. And I want you to imagine a black ball of light forming in the center of your chest.

And for each one of those bits of negativity, I want you to imagine the word for each one of them. So let’s say somebody said you were too old. I want you to imagine yourself grabbing the words too old and shoving it into that black ball of light, forming in the center of your chest. Too old, too long, hopeless, helpless, overwhelmed.

Whatever words describe. The negativity that you’re feeling, just let them show up and push them into that black ball of light. And notice that as you add new words and new descriptions of the negativity that you’re feeling right now, maybe it’s a coworker’s name, whatever it is, just shove it into that black ball of light.

And as you do that, you notice that that black ball of light is getting bigger and bigger. And while that gets bigger, you start to feel lighter. You’re naming and claiming what’s true in your life right now. Without judgment, without having to be the good girl that smiles and nods at everything. But as a grown ass woman, a woman who is strong, a woman who knows her power.

And a woman who takes responsibility for where she’s headed on this journey and acknowledges what’s out of alignment, notice that you begin to feel lighter.

Give yourself this permission in this moment, shove everything in that black ball of light. Keep adding things. Maybe you’re starting to think of old hurts, old wounds, maybe your old clinic, maybe your new clinic. It is. Okay. This is your time, and then I want you to imagine, as you push the last few things that are negative into this black ball of light,

I want you to imagine your hands wrapping around that ball of light. It doesn’t matter how big it is, you’re strong enough to hold it. And I want you to imagine yourself with your hands around that black light, pushing it out of your chest and holding it and looking at it with all of those words swirling around the inside of this ball of light, you see them swirling around like a school of fish, all of that negativity.

All of that pain, all of that hurt, you’ve contained all of it in your hands. You’ve become the master of this negativity. It’s not in you anymore. You have it here contained and through your own personal power, you have brought it all together. You have taken it out of your body and it’s in your hands.

That means mama, you get to let it go. So I want you to imagine this ball of black light in your hands, and you’re taking it and you are going to toss it in the direction of God Universe Source. Whatever that image may be for you is perfect. And I want you to imagine that God Universe Source has put his or her hands out, its hands out, and is receiving that from you with open arms.

As if to say, yes, my daughter, my most beloved one, give me your cares, give me your worries, give me your doubts, release all of those fears, all of that negativity, and give it to me.

I just feel so much lighter, so much more possibility, freedom, clarity. This is all yours. Notice that that feeling of negativity has been replaced with a. Abundance, excitement, and even a twinge of joy.

And I want you to notice off in the distance in your mind’s eye, you see what looks like a firefly. It’s coming towards you. And it begins to buzz around you, creating this beautiful light. All around you, as it buzzes all around you, you see yourself encircled in a warm, golden light. All of that darkness is taken away and all around you is the most gorgeous golden light filling you with so much compassion.

Forgiveness, energy, and delight breathe in a new sense of focus, a new sense of excitement and a rejuvenated awareness of what’s possible for you. You get to live the rest of this day any way you wish my love. any way you wish. So take a deep breath in having purged this negativity. And now you are encircled by a firefly buzzing along, wrapping beautiful light around you.

You get to live from this place. Anything that you feel here is perfect, it is right, it is yours, you are loved, you are cherished.

And just notice that in your heart, there’s a knowing. A knowing that yes, no matter what has shown up today, no matter what you’ve been through this past week, this month, even today, this baby is coming. This baby is coming, and this baby is coming. So take a deep breath in, my love, as we wrap this up. As you go back into your day, feeling refreshed, excited, and so grateful.

Grateful for this time together, and grateful For being able to purge and the freedom that comes along with it. Make a decision here and now that this is how you’re going to live your day. And take one more deep breath in. And let it out. Make a decision. A decision that this is how you will live the rest of your day.

It doesn’t have to be perfect. Because you can always In any given moment, decide to start again. And don’t you dare forget, the desire in your heart to be a mom is there because it was meant for you. Go live that today. Love you, doll.
