In fact, as I write this, I can feel my son kick like an MMA fighter and there is no question in my mind that part of the reason I was able to manifest this miracle baby is because I broke my addiction to this shitty habit.
It is a habit you can easily break if you don't let lame excuses get in the way.
It can singlehandedly change your life, because I'd be willing to bet a bottle of Williams-Selyem 2014 Bucher Vineyard Pinot Noir, you are not just doing this on your journey-- you are probably doing it in just about every other aspect of your life.
And, it is robbing you of precious time you will never, ever get back.
FACT: You will never "out-think" uncertainty.
SOLUTION: Quit over thinking shit and create your own certainty with ACTION.
Am I saying that you should completely give up strategy or critical consideration of next steps on your journey? NO.
I am saying that there is a point of diminishing returns and your once productive thoughts take a tragic detour into: fear, self-loathing, procrastination, helplessness, and analysis paralysis.
Take the leap and ACT. It is HOW you create your own certainty.
Hire the coach.
Invest in the treatment.
Get the second opinion.
Have the massage.
Call the nutritionist.
Say yes to the vacation.
Get off the message boards.
Kick Dr. Google to the curb.
Embrace the risk.
Quit being invisible.
Tell the truth.
Women who break this habit manifest miracles.
They beat the odds.
They become Moms.

If you can't do it TODAY, schedule it in your calendar for the next 3 days at the latest.
Don't make excuses. Just do it.
